HMD Global has released Android 11 update for the next Nokia smartphone.
What is known
We are talking about the ultra-budget Nokia 1 Plus, which was released back in 2019. The device was updated thanks to a simplified version of Android 11 Go Edition. It boasts improved performance, privacy, 20% faster app opening times, gestures and a new interface.
When to expect
As usual, the update is spreading in waves. The firmware will be available to everyone in the coming weeks.
Recall that Nokia 1 Plus is powered by the Mediatek MT6739WW chip paired with 1 GB of RAM. The device also has a built-in 8 GB storage, a 2500 mAh battery, a 5 megapixel camera and a 5.45-inch LCD display.
