IPhone 12 users have begun to complain that their smartphone battery runs out too quickly in standby mode. This happens even if Wi-Fi and 5G connections are deactivated.
According to many users, their iPhone 12 loses 20% to 40% charge overnight. Neither disconnecting networks nor disabling background work of applications helps to save battery. More than 1000 people have already reported problems.
One of the users of the Communities forum noted that his iPhone 12 Pro loses about 4% per hour in standby mode. According to him, the new product discharges faster than last year's iPhone 11 Pro.
Some have speculated that the problem is iOS. Perhaps Apple will release a patch.
