Reznikov: Ukraine has not lost a single HIMARS multiple rocket launcher system

The Ministry of Defense of Russia has already stated more than once that the Russians destroyed some HIMARS MLRS in Ukraine, but, as usual, the information is not confirmed.

What is known

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov gave an interview to Voice of America, in which he stated that on August 16, the Russian Federation did not destroy any  HIMARS surface-to-air missiles.

"I can say absolutely responsibly - not a single HIMARS was lost. When you read in the Russian mass media or social networks that a soldier Ivanov broke in with a Kalashnikov and destroyed 12 high-mars with it at the same time, you can just laugh. This is nonsense," the minister said during the interview.

As a reminder, the Ukrainian Armed Forces currently have 16 HiMARS MLRS. They were handed over to us by the USA. In addition, Ukraine also received 9 M270 MLRS: six were sent by Great Britain and three by Germany (in the MARS II modification). At the same time, such systems can launch up to 204 missiles .
