Russian hackers threaten to attack Eurovision to prevent Ukrainian band Kalush Orchestra from winning

Russia's hacker group Killnet has threatened DDOS attacks during the final of the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest.

What to expect?

Killnet posted a message with the Eurovision logo and the following statement:

You will not be able to vote online. Maybe our DDOS attacks will be to blame for everything. "

However, the organizers of the competition are ready for any surprises. "Every year we take a wide range of security measures to protect the Eurovision voting system from outside influences," the statement said.

It will be recalled that the Eurovision grand final will start today, May 14, at 22:00 Kyiv time. Ukrainian band Kalush Orchestra with the song "Stefania" will perform at number 12. In total, representatives of 25 countries will perform in the grand final, but Kalush Orchestra has a great chance to win.

In the meantime, we offer to watch the performance of the Kalush Orchestra in the first semifinal.
