OnePlus "fixed" OnePlus 9R after update and re-released Android 12 Developer Preview for OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro

 

OnePlus has released several updates for its flagships OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro , as well as the OnePlus 9R gaming smartphone .

Not  so long ago, the model received the OxygenOS 11.2.6.6 firmware , and  with  it - the problem with the battery drain. The OxygenOS 11.2.3.3 fix was not long in coming. Changelog is rather short, but in it is mentioned that the patch solves the energy problem.     

The file size is small - about 106 MB, and the distribution of the update will be gradual.

And  these devices were  among the first to receive the Android 12 Developer Preview - a beta version of the operating system. Since this is not a stable firmware, it may contain errors, which, in fact, happened. Because of this, the company had to suspend distribution.    

But  the  other day, OnePlus re-released the assemblies. However, like  any other vendor, it  recommends that users not  install these assemblies unless  they have experience in  software development. It's not  for nothing that this is Android 12 Developer Preview - the version for developers.
